The chauffeur meeting point must be confirmed with the facility. Ramp-side vehicle access is subject to authorization and airport rules; it is not included as a promise in a standard car reservation. For JSX, use your flight details and JSX’s current passenger instructions rather than assuming a private-charter procedure.
Executive meetings, resort arrivals and return flights
For an Irvine meeting, share the office entrance and scheduled arrival time. Newport Beach and Newport Coast trips should include the hotel entrance or residential gate instructions. For Laguna Beach or Dana Point stays, provide the full coastal destination address and note any equipment or oversized bags.
A one-way transfer and an itinerary with a chauffeur waiting through meetings are different service requests. Include every stop, the expected duration and the return facility when asking for a quote. Confirm waiting, changes and cancellation terms with reservations before booking.
What information determines the vehicle and quote?
Tell us how many passengers are traveling and list checked bags, carry-ons, golf bags and other large items. Ask for the vehicle category you prefer, then confirm that the vehicle and luggage capacity are available for your date. A specific model is subject to confirmation.
