ACI Jet North: confirm the Campus Drive address
ACI Jet lists its North facility at 19301 Campus Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92707. Put “ACI Jet North” and that address on the car reservation, then verify the facility against your operator’s current itinerary. ACI Jet South is a separate location on Campus Drive.
This distinction matters when a flight department books the aircraft and an assistant books the car. Send the same facility information to both coordinators so your chauffeur can plan the correct meeting point.
Arrange a private aircraft arrival pickup
Share the aircraft tail number, planned arrival time, party size and a passenger or coordinator mobile number. Include the final destination and any office, hotel or gate instructions. Advise reservations promptly if the operator moves the flight to another facility.
Confirm how you will meet the chauffeur before landing. Aircraft arrival time and passenger readiness can differ because of baggage and ground arrangements. Ask how waiting is handled, and do not assume access beside the aircraft unless the FBO has authorized it.
From ACI Jet North to Irvine or the coast
An executive trip to Irvine may require an office tower entrance, a visitor check-in point or several meeting stops. Put each stop on the quote request and specify whether you need a direct transfer or a vehicle retained between appointments.
For Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Laguna Beach, include the complete hotel or residence address. For a group with golf bags or substantial luggage, request a capacity review before selecting an SUV. The seating count alone does not guarantee room for every item.
Returning to the North facility
For departure, confirm that the aircraft will leave from ACI Jet North even if your arrival used another location. Give the chauffeur reservation the operator’s requested passenger arrival time, not just the planned takeoff time.
