ACI Jet South: a separate meeting location
ACI Jet lists its South facility at 19711 Campus Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92707. Identify “ACI Jet South” on your ground reservation and confirm it with the aircraft operator. An instruction that says only “ACI Jet at SNA” leaves the North-versus-South location unresolved.
When an assistant or travel arranger coordinates the trip, include the same address in the passenger itinerary. Any last-minute facility change should be relayed to the car reservation as well as the flight team.
Prepare your South facility pickup
Send the tail number, expected arrival time, lead passenger name, mobile contact, party size and destination. Tell reservations whether the passengers will be ready together or whether separate cars are needed. The chauffeur meeting point should be agreed with the FBO for that arrival.
For oversized baggage, golf equipment or several large cases, describe the load in advance. Executive SUV and group vehicle requests depend on availability and usable luggage space. Discuss waiting terms before confirming the reservation.
Resort, residential and business transfers
A transfer to Dana Point or Laguna Beach should identify the hotel entrance or residential access instructions. If guests are traveling to a wedding, list the hotel transfer separately from any later event transportation so the booking covers the correct itinerary.
For a corporate roadshow, give each office address and appointment time. Ask whether an hourly arrangement or separate transfers best fits the schedule. A point-to-point booking should not be assumed to include a car waiting through a meeting.
Departure and same-day return planning
Confirm ACI Jet South as the departure facility and provide the flight team’s requested reporting time. If the day includes a stop before returning to the aircraft, include it when requesting the quote.
The airport and FBO determine where vehicles may meet passengers. Ramp access requires their authorization. We arrange independent chauffeur transportation and do not represent ACI Jet or sell aircraft services.
