Before your flight: confirm the ground itinerary
Reserve with your travel date, airline, flight number, party size and complete destination address. Include checked luggage, carry-ons and oversized items when selecting a vehicle. Give reservations a mobile number that will work after landing and identify any alternate trip coordinator.
Review the confirmation for the pickup arrangement, vehicle, full price and waiting terms. If you want an in-terminal meeting or assistance, request it in advance and confirm availability. Do not assume every booking includes the same meeting service.
After landing at SNA
Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmed car reservation. Make contact with the chauffeur after collecting your checked bags and tell them where your party is ready to meet. If you cannot locate the meeting point, call for instructions before moving to another part of the airport.
Commercial airline arrivals and private aviation arrivals use different locations. For ACI Jet, Clay Lacy or JSX, use the facility named on your flight itinerary and ground reservation. A generic airport-terminal address can send the car to the wrong entrance.
Families and travelers with extra luggage
Tell reservations about strollers, golf bags and bulky equipment before booking. Vehicle seating capacity and luggage capacity are different considerations. Child-seat requests and other special arrangements need to be discussed and confirmed for the date of travel.
For several families arriving on separate flights, decide whether to reserve separate cars or ask for a coordinated group pickup. Include every flight and passenger count so reservations can explain the available options and waiting implications.
Departure transfers back to John Wayne Airport
Share your departure flight and the exact hotel, home or office entrance. Ask for a pickup recommendation that includes loading, driving and the airline’s check-in guidance. Add any intermediate stop before confirming the booking.
A return reservation can be made with the arrival transfer. Reconfirm changes to the destination, passenger count or luggage, and review cancellation and waiting terms. For a private flight or JSX, follow the operator’s current reporting instructions.
