A private ground connection between SNA and LAX
Reserve a chauffeur-driven transfer between John Wayne Airport and Los Angeles International Airport for passengers changing airports or continuing an air itinerary. Give reservations both airport names, travel date, flight numbers and the direction of travel. A city address or a general airport name is not enough to plan the handoff.
The car reservation covers the road transfer. Passengers remain responsible for baggage collection, airline check-in and any security or entry procedures. Before booking flights with an airport change, confirm that the itinerary leaves enough time for every stage and for traffic delays.
Plan the pickup from John Wayne Airport
For an SNA airline arrival, provide the airline, flight number and a reachable passenger mobile number. Confirm the chauffeur meeting location in your reservation and make contact after collecting checked bags. Any requested meet-and-greet assistance should be arranged before travel.
If the flight arrives at an SNA private aviation facility or JSX, identify that exact facility instead of a commercial airline terminal. Private aviation arrival locations have their own access arrangements and require a separate meeting plan.
LAX terminal changes and international arrivals
At LAX, identify the airline and terminal for each flight. If an arriving passenger must clear immigration or collect checked bags, the car pickup should reflect when the party can actually leave the terminal. Keep a working phone number on the reservation so meeting instructions can be confirmed.
For a departure at LAX, follow the airline’s reporting guidance and share whether the flight is domestic or international. We do not promise a fixed connection time or an airline-protected transfer between separately booked flights.
Returning from LAX to SNA
A return airport transfer can be requested with the outbound booking. Provide the arrival flight at LAX and the onward departure from SNA, including the date if travel spans midnight. Do not assume the return meeting point will be the same type of location as the outbound drop-off.
List all passengers and luggage before choosing an SUV or group vehicle. If you want a meal, hotel or office stop between airports, include it in the itinerary and quote request. Extra stops need time beyond the direct road transfer.
What does the quote include?
Ask reservations to confirm the vehicle, full price, waiting terms, cancellation policy and any extra-stop charges. A flight delay may change passenger readiness; discuss how the car booking handles that situation. Vehicle availability and special requests require confirmation.
Travel times vary with traffic and terminal access. We can discuss pickup planning for your specific itinerary, but do not guarantee a connection to a separately booked flight.
